These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Pemberton Real Estate, Inc. (“Pemberton RE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms. If you do not agree, please do not opt in or provide your mobile number for text messaging.
Program Description
When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Pemberton RE related to our business and real estate services, including company announcements, training and event updates, appointment or transaction reminders, requests for feedback, and other general communications.
How You Opt In
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our forms (for example, our new hire questionnaire or a form on our website), or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, affiliation, or the purchase of any goods or services.

Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Pemberton RE does not charge you for these messages, but your carrier’s standard message and data rates will apply.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from that program. To rejoin, simply opt in again as described above.

Delivery
Delivery of messages depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use a text-messaging service provider solely to deliver the messages you have requested.
