About William Vasquez

William is originally from Guatemala and has called Minnesota home since the age of seven. Now living in Saint Paul, he brings a unique perspective and deep appreciation for community, opportunity, and homeownership.   He graduated from Tartan High School and continued his education at Century College, where he studied in the automotive program. Before transitioning into real estate, William worked as an automotive technician for Mercedes-Benz, a role that sharpened his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.   William’s passion for real estate began after purchasing his first investment property. What started as a personal milestone quickly turned into a professional calling, as he discovered how exciting and impactful the industry could be. Since then, he has been driven by a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals through real estate.   What sets William apart is his intentional approach to relationships and his focus on results. He is detail-oriented, highly invested in his clients, and committed to building a reputation grounded in trust, integrity, and follow-through. Personally, he values creating a life that offers flexibility, stability, and the ability to support his family and give back to others.   Outside of real estate, William enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Whether he’s riding his bike, grilling, or trying something new, he values experiences and making the most of his time. A fun fact—his dog understands both English and Spanish, just like him. William is proudly bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve and connect with a wider range of clients.
