About Tommy Ficocello

I’m proud to call St. Francis, Minnesota home, where I was born and raised. Growing up in the North Metro gave me a strong connection to the communities I now serve across Anoka and Isanti Counties.

Right out of high school, I worked for several years at a metal company started by a close friend, where I developed a strong work ethic and drive.

Real estate had always been in the back of my mind—my mom is a closing manager and always encouraged me to pursue it, and with the support of a close friend in the industry, I decided to go all in.

Today, I help buyers, sellers, and relocation clients navigate the market with confidence through an education-first approach, honest communication, and strong local expertise. I focus on helping my clients understand the “why” behind every decision so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.

I want to be known as a knowledgeable, communicative agent who builds real relationships and shows up for my clients every step of the way. My goal is to sell 20–30 homes per year, continue improving my time management, and build a strong future for myself and my family. I’m also working toward purchasing my first home in the near future.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me outdoors—whether that’s fishing, hunting, golfing, or just enjoying a nice day outside. I also love cooking, traveling, and experiencing different cultures, and I’m always looking forward to my next adventure.
