About Steven Leth

Steven Leth is a lifelong Minnesotan who grew up in Mantorville and now lives in Elk River with his wife and two children. He loves the balance Elk River offers—a small-town feel with convenient access to everything the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro has to offer.

Steven graduated from Kasson-Mantorville High School before continuing his education at Gustavus Adolphus College and the Mundus Institute of Hotel and Resort Management in Arizona.

Prior to real estate, he spent years in the hospitality industry as a hotel general manager, where he developed exceptional customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Steven's interest in real estate began through investing and quickly evolved into a passion for helping others achieve their homeownership goals. Today, he leverages his hospitality background to provide a high level of service, communication, and attention to detail throughout every transaction. Whether navigating challenges, negotiating solutions, or guiding clients through important decisions, he is committed to creating a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Known for his approachable personality and dedication to client satisfaction, Steven wants every client to walk away feeling they received exceptional service and genuine support throughout the process. His goal is to build lasting relationships while continuing to grow his business and serve more families across Minnesota.

Outside of real estate, Steven enjoys fishing, golfing, attending concerts, cheering on Minnesota sports teams, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. He appreciates everything Minnesota has to offer and enjoys helping others find the perfect place to call home.
