About Sarah Brown
I grew up in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, before moving to the Blaine area at the age of 13. After graduating from Concordia Academy in Roseville, I spent several years in the service industry, where I learned that great service isn't about checking boxes—it's about listening, communicating, and making people feel cared for. Those lessons became the foundation of my real estate career.
Like many agents, I was initially drawn to real estate because I loved homes. But after more than 16 years in the business, I've realized that real estate is rarely just about the house.
It's about the growing family that needs more space. The first-time buyers wondering if they'll ever find the right home. The parents downsizing after decades in the same place. The divorce that no one planned for. The estate after losing someone you love. The job opportunity, the fresh start, or the next chapter.
Those are the moments that matter.
My role isn't simply to negotiate contracts or coordinate closings. It's to help families move forward with clarity, strategy, and less overwhelm during some of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives.
What sets me apart is the combination of experience and genuine care I bring to every client. I believe strategy matters, but people matter even more. I stay calm when the process becomes stressful, communicate honestly, and guide my clients through every step so they always know what's happening and why. My job is to protect their interests, educate them without overwhelming them, and help them make confident decisions—not pressure them into one.
I believe the best real estate relationships don't end at the closing table. My goal is that years later, my clients still know they have someone they can call for advice, guidance, or simply to ask a question. I want them to remember that buying or selling a home felt manageable because they never had to navigate it alone.
Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me cooking homemade meals from scratch, working in my garden, or spending time outdoors whenever Minnesota weather allows. I love traveling—especially anywhere near the ocean—but my favorite place is wherever I'm making memories with my son. Those moments remind me why home matters so much and why helping other families find theirs is work I'm grateful to do every day.
Whether you're buying your first home, selling a home filled with memories, or navigating a major life transition, my promise is simple: I'll meet you with honesty, strategy, steady guidance, and genuine care—because this isn't just another transaction. It's your life, and it deserves to be treated that way.
