Phil has been helping Minnesota buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since 2008, bringing nearly two decades of experience, trusted guidance, and a genuine passion for helping people build better futures through real estate.

A Minnesota native, Phil grew up in Minnetonka and graduated from Hopkins High School before earning a degree in Product Development from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. Prior to launching his real estate career, he worked in Manufacturing Engineering and proudly served eight years in the United States Navy Reserves as a Builder in the Seabees.

Those experiences instilled the discipline, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset that continue to benefit his clients today.
