About Nikki Watson

Nikki is a Minnesota native who grew up in Forest Lake and has called the Twin Cities home since 2007. In 2016, she and her family settled south of the river, where she continues to build her business, serve her community, and raise her four children.     Before beginning her career in real estate, Nikki worked in counseling with Hazelden Betty Ford, where she developed the communication, listening, and relationship-building skills that continue to define her approach today. She attended Forest Lake Senior High School, earned her Associate's degree from Century College, and pursued studies at the University of Minnesota before ultimately finding her true calling in real estate.     Nikki entered the industry with a desire to create more freedom and flexibility for her family, but quickly discovered apassion for helping people navigate one of life's biggest decisions. She built her business the old-fashioned way—knocking on doors, shaking hands, keeping her word, and developing genuine relationships. To this day, she believesthere is no substitute for face-to-face communication and meaningful connections.     Known for her exceptional communication skills, collaborative approach, and relentless work ethic, Nikki is committed to putting her clients' best interests first. She believes in honest conversations, clear guidance, and telling people what they need to hear—not just what they want to hear. Her clients appreciate her resilience, grit, and willingness to go the extra mile to help them achieve their goals.     Outside of real estate, Nikki loves spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and embracing theoutdoors in every season. A self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie, she would happily spend every day on or near the ocean if she could. Deeply invested in her church and community, Nikki strives to live with humility, kindness, faith, and purposein everything she does.
