About Megan Martin

Megan grew up in Cottage Grove and has deep roots in the community she proudly serves today. A graduate of Park High School with an Associate's Degree in Business, she has always been passionate about helping others, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive impact in the lives of those around her.   Her strong local knowledge, combined with her genuine desire to serve others, allows her to guide clients with confidence and care throughout every stage of their real estate journey.   Before launching her real estate career, Megan worked as a SWAT Fraud Investigator for Capital One, where she developed the ability to analyze complex situations, communicate effectively, and advocate for others. Her experience has helped shape the dependable, client-focused approach she brings to real estate today. As a mom of three boys, Megan understands that a home is more than just a place to live—it's where life's most important moments happen.   Inspired by a desire to help others find their dream homes while creating greater opportunities for her own family, she is dedicated to making the buying and selling process as smooth, supportive, and stress-free as possible. What sets Megan apart is her relationship-first mindset.
