About Matt Huebscher

I was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and raised in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, where I still feel a strong connection to the community today. With a background rooted in business, sales, and entrepreneurship, I’ve always been driven by building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping people move forward.

I graduated from Grand Rapids High School and went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The College of St. Scholastica

Before real estate, I built my career in sales and as an entrepreneur, including owning and operating a home services business. Those experiences shaped my work ethic and gave me a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and delivering results.

Real estate was a natural fit for me because it brings together everything I enjoy—sales, people, and entrepreneurship. I thrive on making connections and genuinely enjoy getting to know everyone I meet. Over time, I’ve built a strong network, so whether you’re looking for a home, a resource, or the right opportunity, I’m often able to connect the dots in ways that benefit my clients.

I want my clients to remember me as someone who truly advocated for them—someone who listened, cared, and worked hard to help them achieve what they wanted.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy working on fix-and-flip projects I find on Facebook Marketplace, traveling, spending time outdoors, and meeting new people wherever I go.
