About Marie Kotula

Marie is a Minnesota native who grew up in Blaine and developed an early appreciation for real estate and housing. She graduated from Blaine High School in 2017 and earned a degree in Strategic Communication from North Dakota State University in 2022, providing a strong foundation in communication, relationship-building, and client service.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Marie worked in affiliate marketing and luxury property management. Those experiences strengthened her passion for real estate and helped her develop the skills needed to guide clients through important decisions with confidence and care.

Marie approaches every client relationship with a people-first mindset. She believes that no two transactions are the same because every client has unique goals, circumstances, and priorities. Her focus is on listening carefully, providing valuable guidance, and creating a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or investors, she is committed to being a trusted resource who clients can turn to long after the transaction is complete.

Known for her kindness, compassion, and dedication, Marie wants her clients to remember her as someone who was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in their success. She is passionate about building lasting relationships and establishing herself as a trusted real estate professional throughout Minnesota.

Outside of real estate, Marie leads an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time outdoors year-round. She can often be found running, cycling, mountain biking, water skiing, jet skiing, downhill skiing, or taking long walks and hikes with her corgi, Holt. She is currently training for the 2026 Twin Cities Marathon and completed the Maple Grove Sprint Triathlon in under two hours.

When she's not outdoors, Marie enjoys knitting, cooking, baking, reading, board games, and building LEGO sets. Looking ahead, she is excited to continue growing her real estate career while working toward purchasing a home with her husband and starting a family.
