About Kristal Gerald

I grew up in Farmington and now call Inver Grove Heights home, where I live with my son, Hayes, and our dog, Zoey. Family, community, and helping others have always been at the center of my life, and those values continue to guide me in my real estate career today.   I graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Marketing and began my career in the title industry before transitioning into real estate. I was always fascinated by the journey of homeownership and watching friends and family achieve such an important milestone.    Seeing the excitement, pride, and opportunity that come with owning a home inspired me to become a part of that process and help others achieve their goals.   My experience includes seven years in new construction home sales for a national builder, giving me a strong understanding of the building process, construction timelines, and builder policies. Having helped more than 250 families buy and sell homes, I understand that every transaction comes with unique emotions, challenges, and goals. My role is to provide guidance, communication, and support every step of the way.   What sets me apart is my ability to make people feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I believe trust is earned through consistency, communication, and following through on my promises. My goal is for every client to know they have an advocate in their corner who genuinely cares about their success and is committed to delivering on what they say they will do.   Outside of real estate, I enjoy cooking, pickleball, organizing homes, and spending time with family and friends. Hayes and I love family walks, bike rides, and trying new restaurants around the Twin Cities. We are also passionate animal lovers and regularly foster animals through The Bond Between. Looking ahead, my goal is to continue building a trusted and respected real estate brand while creating a balanced life centered around family, meaningful relationships, and serving my clients at a high level.
