About Kiara Mendez

I was born and raised in Otsego, Minnesota, and now live nearby in Elk River. Growing up in this community has given me a deep appreciation for the people and neighborhoods that make this area feel like home.

Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked in the title industry as an administrator. That experience gave me valuable insight into the closing process and the many details that go into a successful transaction. It also sparked my passion for real estate and helping people reach life-changing milestones through homeownership.

Helping clients achieve their goals and build wealth through real estate is what inspires me every day. I bring hustle, heart, and culture to every deal, and I’m committed to making the process feel smooth, supportive, and stress-free. I want my clients to remember that I genuinely cared—not just about the transaction, but about them and their future.

Personally, I strive for a life filled with peace, growth, and balance, while continuing to grow a powerful and meaningful career in real estate.

Outside of work, I love dressing up and going out with friends, watching soccer, spending time in nature, and being with the people I care about most. Above all, I aim to be honest, caring, and easy to work with—guiding my clients every step of the way so the journey feels exciting, not overwhelming.
