About Jorge Gualpa

I’m Jorge, originally from Brooklyn, New York, and I bring over 10 years of real estate experience helping clients confidently buy and sell homes. Before real estate, I worked in sales, where I developed strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that continue to benefit my clients today.

My journey into real estate started when my family encouraged me to get licensed, and it quickly became a career I was passionate about.

Over the years, I’ve built experience not only as a Realtor, but also as a bilingual loan officer and through hands-on work with property flips. That background gives me a unique understanding of home values, repair costs, renovation potential, and the financial side of transactions—allowing me to guide clients with a well-rounded perspective.

What sets me apart is my ability to combine market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and honest communication with real-world experience. Whether it’s helping clients understand pricing strategies, navigating contracts, or identifying potential repair concerns, I focus on making sure my clients feel informed and confident every step of the way. Being bilingual also allows me to better serve and connect with a wider range of clients and families.

I want my clients to remember me as someone who was honest, dependable, and truly invested in helping them achieve their goals. My approach is built on trust, transparency, and personalized service from the first conversation to the closing table.

Looking ahead, my goal is to continue growing both personally and professionally while helping even more clients successfully navigate the real estate process and achieve their goals through consistent results and strong relationships.

Outside of real estate, I spend a lot of time staying active. I play soccer three to four times a week, regularly lift at the gym, and enjoy balancing work with family life. I’m also a proud father of three strong-willed daughters who keep life exciting and motivating every day.
