About Gaige Waldvogel
Gaige is a Northern Minnesota native, originally from Nashwauk, where he graduated from Nashwauk-Keewatin High School. He later continued his education at the University of North Dakota, studying finance and accounting—an academic path that ultimately sparked his interest in business and set the foundation for his career in real estate.
Before entering the industry, Gaige worked primarily in bartending along with various seasonal labor roles.
These experiences helped him develop a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life—skills that now translate seamlessly into his work with clients.
Real estate wasn’t always part of the plan, but after being encouraged by a friend in the industry to explore the field, Gaige connected with a broker and quickly found his place. Since then, he’s embraced the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the business. One of the things that sets Gaige apart is his availability and flexibility—he thrives in the sporadic schedule real estate demands and is always ready to jump in the car for a last-minute showing or opportunity.
Clients often remember Gaige for his personable, easygoing approach. He believes that buying or selling a home doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. By bringing humor, approachability, and clear guidance into every interaction, he helps clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
Looking ahead, Gaige’s goals are both personal and professional. He’s focused on continuing to grow his business by earning trust and building lasting relationships, while also working toward purchasing a home of his own in the coming years.
Outside of real estate, Gaige enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Whether he’s playing basketball, hunting, fishing, or following his favorite teams—especially the Minnesota Timberwolves—he values time spent doing what he loves and staying connected to his Minnesota roots.
