About David Joas

I’m proud to be from Eden Prairie, Minnesota, where I grew up and still feel a strong connection to the community today. After graduating from Eden Prairie High School, I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Business from St. Cloud State University in 2000.

Before real estate, I spent years working in sales within the manufacturing industry, where I developed a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering results.

My transition into real estate was driven by a passion for building—both in a literal and relational sense. I’ve always been fascinated by how structures come together, and I genuinely enjoy teaching and being a trusted resource for people during important decisions.

What sets me apart is my hands-on experience designing and building tiny homes, along with renovating existing properties. This gives me a deep understanding of construction, from foundational elements to the finishing touches, allowing me to offer insights that go beyond the typical transaction. I pair that knowledge with a strong sense of integrity, persistence, and a true love for working with people.

I want my clients to remember me as someone they can trust—someone who not only delivered results, but made the process enjoyable along the way.

Personally, my focus is simple: love God, love others, and show up fully for my family. I’m committed to supporting my wife and kids and living a life guided by strong convictions. Professionally, I’m focused on investing in relationships and continuing to build a strong, connected community around me.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me snowboarding, traveling, trying new restaurants, and always looking for new experiences.
