About Chelsea Larson

I’m Chelsea, originally from Edina, Minnesota, where I graduated from Edina High School before continuing my education at the University of Minnesota studying pre-med biology. My background taught me the importance of discipline, attention to detail, and genuinely caring for people—qualities that naturally carried over into my career in real estate.

Before becoming an agent, I worked as a server, which helped me build strong communication skills and taught me how to stay calm, adaptable, and client-focused in fast-paced environments.

I pursued real estate because I truly enjoy helping people find homes that fit not only their lifestyle, but also their long-term financial goals. I believe buying a home should feel exciting and empowering—not overwhelming. My goal is to help clients make smart decisions they feel confident about both now and in the future.

What sets me apart is how strongly I advocate for my clients. I pay close attention to details and always look out for issues that could cost them money or create stress down the road. I want my clients to know they have someone in their corner who genuinely has their back throughout the entire process.

Looking ahead, one of my personal goals is to become a homeowner myself. Professionally, I would love to play a role in creating more affordable housing opportunities and helping more people get into homes they truly love.

Outside of real estate, I love staying active—whether that’s going to the gym, spending time outside with my dog, or traveling whenever I get the chance. I’m also a huge foodie who loves discovering new restaurants and trying new recipes at home. And when I’m relaxing, you’ll usually find me with a good book in hand.
