Prior to transitioning into residential real estate, Britt spent many years in commercial real estate, gaining valuable experience in facility management, property management, and leasing, along with time working in corporate payroll. These roles built the financial insight, organization, and attention to detail she now brings to every transaction.

Known for prioritizing relationships over transactions, Britt leads with integrity, transparency, and clear communication, ensuring her clients feel confident and supported from the first conversation through closing—and beyond. She strives to create an experience that is not only successful, but also positive and enjoyable, and hopes to be remembered as attentive, trustworthy, and genuinely easy to work with.

Outside of real estate, Britt stays busy keeping up with her two energetic boys, tackling CrossFit workouts, and occasionally convincing herself to train for a marathon. She’s also a dedicated sports fan who can often be found cheering loudly for her favorite out-of-state team—Go Pack Go!
