About Bethany Leadley

Born and raised in Rosemount, Minnesota, Bethany spent ten years living in Roseau before settling in Jacobson, just outside of Grand Rapids. Deeply rooted in Northern Minnesota, she embraces the up-north lifestyle-one defined by outdoor adventure, close-knit communities, and an appreciation for the simple things that make life meaningful.

Bethany graduated from Rosemount High School, earned

her nursing degree from NCTC in Thief River Falls, and

later completed her real estate education through Kaplan.

Before transitioning into real estate, she built a career in

nursing-an experience that shaped her passion for service, empathy, and helping others improve their quality of life.

Her inspiration to pursue real estate stems from a core belief that homeownership builds the foundation for family stability, independence, and overall well-being. She's passionate about guiding clients toward their homeownership goals, knowing that each step contributes to stability, growth, and generational health.

What sets Bethany apart is her combined expertise in healthcare and real estate. Her background gives her a unique perspective on what to look for in a home to support aging in place, long-term comfort, and accessibility. With over 15 years of experience living in Northern Minnesota, she also knows the ins and outs of the region's lifestyle-whether you're looking for prime fishing spots, snowmobiling trails, hunting land, or simply a peaceful place to call home, Bethany is your go-to local expert.

Outside of real estate, Bethany loves spending time with her husband and their three young children. Together, they enjoy fishing in every season, four-wheeling, and exploring the great outdoors. She's also a big fan of college football and NHL hockey and is deeply passionate about health, wellness, and helping others live their fullest lives.
