About Alison Lalim

I’m Alison, originally from North Carolina and now proudly rooted in Minnesota, where I’ve built my life around family, hard work, and helping others. As a mom of four girls all under the age of seven, I understand just how important it is to find a home that truly fits your lifestyle, your goals, and your future. That perspective is what drives the way I serve my clients every day—with patience, dedication, and genuine care.

I graduated from Shakopee High School and continued my education at Normandale Community College. Before real estate, I served in Human Resources with the Minnesota Army National Guard while also working as a waitress and later becoming a school bus driver.

Those experiences taught me discipline, adaptability, and how to connect with people from all walks of life while staying calm under pressure.

My passion for real estate started after purchasing my first home and realizing how meaningful the experience could be with the right support and guidance. I knew I wanted to help others navigate that same journey in a way that felt simple, exciting, and stress-free.

What sets me apart is my relatability, strong hustle, and commitment to making every client feel supported from start to finish. I’m passionate about creating a smooth, elevated experience while ensuring my clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

I want my clients to remember me as the agent who truly cared and made real estate feel easy. Whether buying, selling, or simply exploring their options, I want every client to know they have someone in their corner advocating for them.

Professionally, my goal is to continue scaling my business and helping more buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Personally, my biggest goal is to be the best mom I can be while building a life centered around family, purpose, and meaningful connections.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time outdoors with my girls and exploring everything Minnesota has to offer. For me, life is all about balance, creating memories, and helping others feel at home wherever life takes them.
