About Alexa Neterer

I’m Alexa Neterer, a bilingual REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers throughout the Twin Cities metro in English and Spanish. I’ve worked in Minnesota for 7 years, represented clients in more than 75 closed transactions, and helped close more than $22 million in real estate volume.   I’m the daughter of Mexican immigrants and the first person in my family to graduate from college. I grew up in a Spanish-speaking home and remain closely connected to my family in Mexico and many of the traditions I grew up with. I graduated from Bethany Global University in Minnesota and spent sixteen months during college living in Kenya, working in elementary schools and becoming conversational in Swahili. Today, I’m married and a mom of two young children.   I’ve never thought good real estate representation was simply about selling houses. I represent people, not properties. My responsibility is to understand what matters to my client, tell them the truth, pay attention to what others may overlook, negotiate firmly when necessary, and help them make decisions they can feel confident about long after the transaction is over.   I value honesty, loyalty, generosity, discretion, clear communication, and keeping my word.
