About Adam Marks

Adam combines analytical expertise, local knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their property ownership goals. Originally from Central Minnesota, he spent more than 20 years in Moorhead before making Duluth home.

His appreciation for Northern Minnesota's communities, landscapes, and outdoor lifestyle gives him a deep understanding of the region and the people who choose to live there.

Adam earned an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Normandale Community College, bachelor's degrees in Geography and Geology from Minnesota State University Moorhead, and an MBA from St. Cloud State University. Before entering real estate, he worked in several industries including tax preparation, geology, and corporate real estate, building a strong foundation of problem-solving, attention to detail, and client service.

Real estate became a natural fit because it allowed Adam to combine his love of property and land with his desire to help others achieve their goals. He is known for listening first, providing honest guidance, and helping clients make confident decisions without pressure. His extensive knowledge of Duluth, the North Shore, and Northern Minnesota makes him a valuable resource for buyers and sellers of homes, cabins, land, and rural properties.

Outside of real estate, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and embracing the outdoors. An avid hunter and fisherman, he spends much of his free time exploring the lakes, forests, and natural beauty that make Northern Minnesota such a special place to call home.
