About Wade Owen

I was born and raised in Willmar, Minnesota, and now call Maple Grove home. Living near Fish Lake, I’ve grown to really appreciate the balance of community, nature, and access to everything the Twin Cities has to offer.

I graduated from Willmar Senior High and went on to study Sales & Marketing at Alexandria Technical College. Before real estate, I built my career as a Sales Manager and Chief Revenue Officer for a multi-family and commercial building maintenance company. That experience gave me a deep understanding of both residential and commercial properties—from interior and exterior systems to long-term maintenance and value.

Real estate became a natural next step for me, especially alongside my wife, Karie. Our shared vision is to build a life and business together centered around helping others. I’m passionate about guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives and being a steady, knowledgeable resource they can count on.

What sets me apart is my background in building and maintenance, combined with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills. I take pride in truly listening to my clients, understanding their needs, and helping them make confident, informed decisions. My goal is to create real value and ensure my clients feel supported every step of the way.

Looking ahead, my goal is to build an impactful real estate brand with my wife, helping people find the right homes while also giving back—especially in support of mental health awareness through organizations like NAMI.

Outside of real estate, I love traveling, hiking in the mountains, snowmobiling in the winter, and boating in the summer. You’ll also find me at concerts and live music events whenever I can—Red Rocks is a must at least once a year. And on a more everyday level, I enjoy walking our dogs around Fish Lake and soaking in the lifestyle we’ve built here.
